We ship all our products to our fellow Canadians from Cochrane, Alberta! Thank you for supporting our small business.
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. (Monday to Friday | Excludes Holidays).
We have FREE SHIPPING for orders over $150 (before taxes) within Canada. (exceptions apply).
Our principal delivery service is Canada Post.  Shipments leave our facility Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excludes holidays).
We reserve the right to ship with other carriers at our sole discretion.

All parcels are shipped directly from our store in Cochrane, Alberta, Canada.
During high volume times, shipping delays may occur.
We are NOT responsible for shipping times to international destinations. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or any duties & fees charged that may be specific to your country.


There are several items listed in-store that are charged at calculated shipping rates.
These items may need special care and may need to be shipped using a different courier service due to weight or size restrictions.

We will work with you to find the most reasonable rate and the calculated shipping rate will be billed to you separately.  Please note that your order will NOT be shipped until the additional shipping charges have been paid in full. 

Our main delivery service is Canada Post.  We ship directly from Cochrane, Alberta on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excludes holidays).
We reserve the right to ship with the most cost effective courier service at our discretion. 

Some of the products on the exception list include (but not limited to) the following: 
-Some AccuQuilt Machines
-Bulky or heavy Gammill parts and accessories 


We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.  If the courier considers the package delivered, you will need to contact them directly with your tracking number.
In most cases we ship using Canada Post and request 'Safe Drop". When you are not home the parcel is not left at your door and should be picked up at your local post office. 

We are NOT responsible for incorrect information. 
Please confirm you have entered your name, address, postal code and phone number correctly.  If your parcel is returned to us there will be NO REFUND and you will be charged additional shipping charges to resend the parcel to the proper address.  Please also ensure your email address is correct so you can receive shipping confirmation and tracking information. 

You will receive a tracking number direct to your email when your order has been fulfilled.  Canada Post ships from our address directly from Cochrane, Alberta.  Please check your tracking number to see an estimated delivery time.  If you have not received your tracking number please check your 'Junk' email folder before contacting us.  

During high volume times there may be shipping delays that are beyond our control.
