Shipping policy

Maple Leaf Quilting Company offers free shipping, within Canada on orders over $200. Some large or heavy items may require additional charges. International shipping is based on overland freight and may take extended time to arrive. We make every effort to contact customers and encourage other forms of shipping that may include tracking numbers and delivery times less than 14 days. 

Free shipping refers to products that can be shipped within Canada, in a reasonable amount of time, and may include additional insurance for the value of the item, tracking numbers, and estimated delivery times. System automations will advise this information during the shipping process and can be altered for more or less frequent notifications. Shipping is 1 way only. Return shipping charges for product returns postmarked within 30 days of purchase are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will be for the original amount only less any restocking fees if required.
