Our service department is open daily, Monday to Saturday.

It is not necessary to book an appointment to drop off your sewing machine for service. Machines can be dropped off anytime during our regular business hours. We will fill out a service repair registration form while you are here to ensure we have the information we need to service your machine.

We will assess your machine, repair as required, and update you on the anticipated repair date so you know how long to expect before you can pick up your machine.
