Receive 4 spools of Glide 60 Filament Polyester (60wt) 5000m thread each month. Glide 60 is a great choice for small letter embroidery, micro-stippling and fine-detail quilting. (We love it for stitch-in-the ditch!)
1) Ordering Details
Cut off date is the 15th of the month.
If you join before the 15th of the month you will receive that months shipment. If you join after the 15th of the month you will receive the next months shipment.
You join the club on December 14th, you will receive the December club shipment and every month after you will be billed on the 15th of the month for that months shipment.
You join the club on December 16th, you will receive the January club shipment and every month after you will be billed on the 15th of the month for that months shipment.
You join the club on December 15th, you will receive the January club shipment and every month after you will be billed on the 15th of the month for that months shipment.
You may cancel at any time; however, if your payment has been processed you will receive that month’s shipment and your subscription will be cancelled for the following months.
There is a monthly flat-rate shipping charge of $14 within Alberta,
- $15 for BC, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba
- $17 for Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada
- $18 for Northern Territories for all our subscriptions
At this time we are not offering subscription services outside of Canada.
2) Shipment Details
Subscription inventory normally arrives to our store in time to ship out to you by the 25th of each month. While we cannot control delivery, weather, and other variables, we do try to accommodate this timeline. Most orders should be in your mailbox by the end of the month. Tracking number will be emailed so you can follow along with the shipment progress. Please be sure to check your ‘Junk’ email folder if you have not received your tracking email in a timely manner.
3) Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations are available up to the 14th of the month. No refunds are available after this date as we require processing time. Cancellations after the 14th of each month will be applied to the following month (Example: If you cancel on the 8th of September, it will cancel September's order. If you cancel on the 16th of September, it will cancel October's order and you will still receive the September shipment).
We are not able to offer substitutions, returns, or exchanges at any time on any subscriptions.
