Here is a bit of information on the current batting options available under the Batting Tab on the Machine Quilting Builder Page:

Heirloom® Premium Cotton Blend 80/20 is made from 80% long staple cotton fibers and 20% fine polyester. This combination of fibers creates a strong, longwearing batt and is very easy to handle.

The batting is lightly needle punched and treated with a soft resin to provide stability to the fibers and prevent the polyester from bearding.

Heirloom® Premium 80/20 Black Cotton Blend is highly recommended for quilt tops created in black, navy or other dark colors. It is made using dyed cotton fibers to provide quilters with a batting that will not create light fiber lint on the quilt top during the quilting process.
This product is manufactured in the same manner as our Premium 80/20 in the natural cotton. This batting is made with 80% dyed cotton and 20% polyester. It is lightly needle punched and resin bonded to provide exceptional strength and durability.
Black Cotton Blend is wonderful to quilt by hand or machine. Close quilting yields a flat low loft appearance while more space between stitching lines yields a slightly higher loft. You may experience shrinkage of 3-5% and it may be quilted up to 4” apart.

Heirloom® Premium 100% Bleached Cotton is created specifically for use on light colored quilts. This product is very similar to Heirloom® Natural, but is distinguished by the crisp white color that will not shadow through a white or light colored quilt top.
Heirloom® Bleached is made with the finest cotton available. It is very clean, bleached long staple virgin cotton and proudly displays the Cotton Incorporated Seal. Heirloom Bleached is a thin flat batting that resists bunching or shifting. Soft and gentle, cotton batting is perfect for quilts. It becomes softer after each washing. You may experience shrinkage of 3-5% and it may be quilted up to 4” apart.
