With the prices of machines on the rise, and availability of service technicians at a premium, having somebody you know who can give you advise, good service, and quality workmanship is important. Saving money on that service is your reward.
When you purchase the Maintenance and warranty program from Maple Leaf Quilting Company, we include an annual maintenance for each year of the service agreement. This includes the labour time to dismantle and rebuild your machine while cleaning and inspecting it.
It also includes labour when you have a warranty or non-warranty repair on your machine. This peace of mind is only offered by Maple Leaf Quilting Company's Extended Warranty and Maintenance program.
The term of the program can either be 36 months or 48 months.
You can cancel this contract within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, you can cancel and receive a refund for the prorated portion less a $50 cancellation fee.
