Turn a jelly roll into something cozy, functional, and beautiful! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to transform pre-cut fabric strips and batting into a jelly roll rug, placemat, or table runner. Using simple machine stitches (straight and zig-zag), Sharla will guide you through folding, stitching, and shaping your strips into a durable piece that’s as fun to make as it is to use.
You’ll start small in class by creating a placemat, learning how to manage curves and build your project smoothly. From there, you’ll have the skills, tips, and confidence to tackle a larger rug at home — or stick with smaller makes like placemats or runners if that’s more your style.
